These Terms do not replace or modify a signed customer, license, subscription, support, partner, confidentiality, or other written agreement with Sirvisetti. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms for the subject matter it governs, the written agreement controls.

You may access and use the website for lawful business, informational, evaluation, and personal reference purposes. You may not use the website in a way that violates applicable law, infringes rights, interferes with operation or security, attempts unauthorized access, introduces malicious code, or misrepresents your affiliation with Sirvisetti.

Sirvisetti Autonomy is under active development. Product descriptions, architecture, demonstrations, screenshots, roadmaps, planned integrations, future capabilities, and other forward-looking statements may change without notice and do not constitute a warranty, offer, service-level commitment, or binding promise to deliver a feature by a particular date.

Current product availability, supported versions, application coverage, deployment requirements, and commercial terms must be confirmed through applicable Sirvisetti product documentation or a written agreement.

7. Documentation, Tutorials, and Demos

Documentation and tutorials are provided to assist evaluation and use of the applicable product version. Demonstrations, sample data, synthetic applications, illustrative scenarios, and evaluation environments may differ from production systems and should not be treated as production commitments or customer references unless expressly identified as such.

8. User Submissions and Feedback

If you submit an inquiry, suggestion, feedback, or other material, you represent that you have the right to provide it. Unless a separate written agreement applies, you grant Sirvisetti permission to use non-confidential feedback to improve our products, services, and business without an obligation to compensate you. Do not submit confidential information through public website forms unless Sirvisetti has requested it through an appropriate channel.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIRVISETTI’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PUBLIC WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE A DIFFERENT LIMIT IS REQUIRED BY LAW.
